In addition to providing important financial support to CAUCC, our faith community is involved in numerous community outreach activities and projects that are focused on improving the lives of those in underserved or oppressed populations in greater Tucson. The local organizations we work with aid school children from low-income households, newly arrived immigrants, those living with HIV/AIDS, and homeless teenagers, adults, and families.
Members and friends of CAUCC offer support in tangible and practical ways such as working on a Habitat for Humanity house, volunteering as a reading tutor at Keeling Elementary School, and providing meals for the Primavera Men’s Shelter. The church regularly sponsors food collection campaigns for the Interfaith Community Services food bank.
We welcome your help in making a difference. If you would like to volunteer your time, please contact our office.
